The FE-AA Auto Dose series is built for set-once, steady chemical feed. Set the stroke length and speed, and the solenoid drive delivers the same dose stroke after stroke, with ±1% steady-state accuracy and a fraction of the energy of a motor-driven pump.

What Auto Dose means
Set it once.
Dose it right, every stroke.
Auto Dose is the name of our FE-AA series of electromagnetic metering pumps. It describes what the pump is built to do: hold a set dose automatically, hour after hour, without constant attention from the operator.
Two simple controls
Output is set by stroke length and stroke speed, with a 10 : 1 turn-down ratio. Once set, the pump holds that dose on its own.
Accurate and repeatable
±1% steady-state accuracy, ±3% linearity and ±3% repeatability, so the plant receives the same dose stroke after stroke.
Low running cost
A 50 W solenoid drive with no motor or gearbox means lower power use, fewer wearing parts and simple maintenance.

FE-AA-105 is rated 10.0 LPH at 3.0 kg/cm² and 12.0 LPH at 2.0 kg/cm². Drive unit Type 1 / Type 2 refers to the solenoid drive size. End connection ½″ NPT male.

FE-AA-126 is rated 15.0 LPH at 4.0 kg/cm² and 10.0 LPH at 5.0 kg/cm². Supplied with foot valve, injection valve and LDPE hose.
